Shipping & Returns

JUST MATCHA teas are guaranteed to arrive fresh and edible. However, we will happily make an exchange or credit your credit card account within 14 days of shipment of purchase for any items in their original condition that you wish to return or exchange, or any items that arrive damaged. Because matcha has a limited shelf life, we must ensure that any refunds and exchanges are done promptly. Please report any damaged goods you receive from us immediately via e-mail at info@justmatcha.com to begin the process of replacement or refund.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any opened items as they are no longer saleable. We understand people's tastes differ and that the taste of matcha isn't for everyone, however, if you do not enjoy the tea traditionally prepared, try one of the many matcha recipes or share it! Pass it along to a family member or friend who you care about. You can feel good knowing that by sharing your tea; you saved on unnecessary waste and boosted the receiver's antioxidant capacity!

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item shipped from our location is incorrect as ordered or arrives damaged due to poor packing from our location.

When returning, items should be sent via an "insured" method, as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item arrives back at our location in the same condition that it arrived in. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning item(s).

Credits can be made only by the original method of payment, to the original payment instrument used for the purchase, and in Canadian dollars.
